Kitchen Supervisor - Japanese Cusene

Position Objective Supervise and coordinate the daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation and service while maintaining high standards of Japanese cuisine, food quality, hygiene, presentation, and consistency. Lead and support the kitchen team to deliver authentic Japanese dishes according to approved recipes, brand standards, and operational requirements.
