Leader, Value Creation & Business Optimization

The Leader, Value Creation & Business Optimization will build and lead Samuel's enterprise value creation capability, partnering with Business Unit Presidents and functional leaders to identify, prioritize, execute and sustain the highest-impact opportunities across the organization. This leader will translate strategy into measurable business results by orchestrating a disciplined pipeline across revenue growth, continuous improvement and automation, artificial intelligence, and organizational effectiveness.
