Department Manager - Main Cash

Maintain and reconcile petty cash records. Compliance & Record Management. Issue and record Waste Gate Passes daily and reconcile Waste Gate Pass ledgers with Head Office. Manage government license renewals and ensure timely fee deposits. Update and maintain vendor contracts, agreements, and purchase data files daily. Process utility bill payments as required. Prepare and submit daily working reports and cashier sales reconciliations. Tracking and reporting of all customer receipts from bank statements.

Education: University degree (Bachelors or Masters), preferably Business Management with a specialisation in Management or Finance related subjects.
