Material & Production Analyst

We are looking for a Material & Production Analyst to join our team and play an important role in ensuring material availability, production continuity, and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor material availability to ensure production requirements are met and potential shortages are identified in advance.
  • Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, material requirements, and replenishment needs.
  • Follow up on production schedules and identify potential risks, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to materials, inventory, and production.
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper information management within ERP/MRP systems.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations to support operational and business decisions.
  • Support the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities, with a focus on operational efficiency, inventory optimization, and cost reduction.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives involving planning, materials, production, and supply chain processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain, logistics, or related operations.
  • Good knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and strong interest in developing expertise in planning and supply chain tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced to fluent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, emails, presentations, and interactions with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications / Differentials

  • Experience with SAP, especially in material planning, purchasing, production, or inventory processes.
  • Knowledge or experience in Foreign Trade (Comércio Exterior / Import & Export), including international logistics and related processes.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience with supply chain planning, MRP, inventory management, or production control
