This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager (AI Governance) - Advertising based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to help establish and operationalize an internal AI Content Creation Governance Center of Excellence for a major enterprise <organization.You> will combine strong PMO execution with strategic operations and Chief-of-Staff support in a highly cross-functional environment.The position is approximately 80% focused on governance operations and 20% on strategic support, research, and leadership <enablement.You> will coordinate stakeholders across marketing, creative, technology, compliance, and governance functions.Your work will bring structure to complex initiatives through effective forums, decision tracking, documentation, and knowledge <management.You> will also translate research and stakeholder input into clear, executive-ready materials that support important governance decisions.This is an ideal opportunity for an organized, analytical project leader interested in AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise marketing operations.

Accountabilities

  • Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, calendars, and operating cadences across governance, marketing operations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Organize and support bi-weekly Compliance and Responsible AI forums, including agendas, briefing materials, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Prepare substantive meeting materials that enable productive executive and cross-functional discussions.
  • Capture and maintain decisions, strategic rationale, action items, owners, dependencies, and next steps, ensuring follow-through through completion.
  • Draft polished meeting summaries, progress updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain a structured and searchable knowledge base containing policies, decisions, recordings, AI-generated summaries, frameworks, and reference materials.
  • Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for governance leadership and incoming product management stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, and AI governance research to support strategic initiatives.
  • Synthesize complex information into actionable insights, executive summaries, briefing papers, POV documents, and position papers.
  • Support governance topics including policy evolution, approval workflows, risk escalation, compliance training, and attestation.
  • Help leadership navigate complex stakeholder environments by identifying key considerations, synthesizing inputs, and anticipating governance needs.
  • Maintain strong PMO discipline across governance processes, documentation, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise project management, PMO execution, program operations, or a comparable strategic operations role.
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders within complex enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing governance forums, operating cadences, decision tracking, action items, and follow-up processes.
  • Strong knowledge management and documentation skills, with the ability to keep complex information organized and accessible.
  • Solid understanding of marketing operations and content creation lifecycles.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, marketing organizations, or other content-driven environments.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce substantive, polished materials rather than simply documenting meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to create executive summaries, briefing papers, POV documents, leadership communications, and other decision-support materials.
  • Strong research, analytical, information-synthesis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in an evolving environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders and executive audiences.
  • Based in Latin America and able to work with full overlap during U.S. Central Time business hours.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, digital compliance, or governance frameworks is a strong advantage.
  • Experience supporting AI programs, content governance initiatives, emerging technology governance, or enterprise marketing and creative operations is a plus.
  • Experience in a Chief-of-Staff, strategic PMO, or executive operations capacity is also desirable.
