Sênior DevOps (AWS)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sênior DevOps (AWS) based in Brazil.

This is a senior DevOps opportunity focused on evolving cloud platforms through automation, infrastructure as code, and modern CI/CD <practices.You> will work with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS CDK to build scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.The role has strong ownership of platform engineering, deployment processes, observability, and operational <efficiency.You> will help design and implement production deployment pipelines while continuously improving engineering standards.The position involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary and distributed teams in an agile <environment.You> will also play an important role in troubleshooting infrastructure incidents and strengthening platform reliability.The opportunity is particularly suited to a proactive professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges in high-visibility digital environments.

Accountabilities

• Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, applying infrastructure-as-code best practices.
• Administer and evolve Kubernetes environments, ensuring availability, performance, scalability, and reliable workload management.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery while maintaining quality and security.
• Develop and implement platform automation standards, observability practices, and governance processes.
• Build and maintain processes and pipelines for production deployments, supporting efficient and controlled releases.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and platform incidents, contributing to root-cause analysis and long-term improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and distributed teams to improve platform reliability and continuously evolve the technology environment.
• Contribute to the adoption of modern DevOps and platform engineering practices across cloud environments.
• Use scripting and automation to reduce repetitive operational work and improve engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, including administration, workload management, troubleshooting, availability, and performance.
• Professional experience with CI/CD tools, pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with automation and scripting using Shell Script, Python, or similar languages.
• Strong experience working with AWS and modern DevOps practices in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS CDK.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with agile, multidisciplinary, and distributed teams.
• Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English for communication with international stakeholders.
• Experience in media, entertainment, or large-scale digital platforms is a plus.
