Working under general supervision loads delivery truck/van with goods, ensuring goods are loaded correctly and taking precautions with hazardous goods. Gathers interoffice mail from designated areas, delivers items between buildings and/or departments. Routinely performs additional tasks as may be required or assigned.

- Picks up all interoffice mail from designated areas; delivers items between buildings or departments; sorts mail where necessary
- Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility
- Ensures delivery vehicle(s) are inspected daily
- Receives freight and checks for damaged or defective goods
- Delivers materials, supplies, and equipment to departments
- May fill department orders from warehouse stock
- Maintains a clean and well-organized warehouse
- Cross trained in all aspects of the warehouse
What you bring
- Valid driver’s license
- Communicate in English both orally and in writing
- Perform simple arithmetic; use calculator, scales, and measuring equipment
- Complete and review for accuracy all department logs
- Ensure GMP compliance through use of appropriate physical, written, and work practice controls
- Assist with cycle counts and accurately maintain raw materials and finished goods inventories
- Work as a team member and foster a cooperative work environment
