To fuel this growth, we need sharp financial insights, strong planning, and smart decision support.We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst who can turn complex data into clear stories for senior leadership and investors — helping us scale efficiently and sustainably.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with large data sets, building analytical models and taking ownership of key FP&A workstreams.Why this role is excitingYou will support decision-making at the highest level — working closely with the Regional Head of FP&A, Group CFO, Executive Board and <investors.You> will own key FP&A workstreams with a high degree of independence and visible business impact.Your work will go far beyond reporting — you will help shape strategic decisions and long-term financial <direction.You> will work across multiple markets and gain broad exposure to the financial performance of the Group.Rohlik is an AI-first company, and you will have the opportunity to help modernise how FP&A works through automation and smarter tools.What you will own and deliverPartner with the Regional Head of FP&A and Group CFO on forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning and Business Reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR)Consolidate management accounts and support alignment with IFRS standardsBuild and maintain dashboards, financial models and running P&LPrepare Board and investor materials, including financial tables, commentary and key insightsChallenge and support country finance teams, ensuring plans and forecasts are realistic and aligned with Group prioritiesDevelop scenario analyses and business cases for strategic decisions and new initiativesOwn the FP&A timetable and ensure timely, high-quality submissions across marketsIdentify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve FP&A processesSuccess in this role means bringing data to life — turning numbers into clear decisions that help Rohlik grow efficiently and sustainably.What we are looking for5+ years of experience in finance, consulting or a similar analytical environmentStrong financial modelling and scenario planning skillsAbility to extract meaningful insights from large and complex data setsExperience with Excel, Tableau, NetSuite, DataRails or similar toolsExcellent analytical, communication and presentation skillsHigh attention to detail, strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfidence working independently in a fast-changing environmentFluent English, spoken and writtenExperience with automation, AI-driven analytics or modern finance tools is a strong advantageWhat’s in it for youFair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary — no bonus games, no politics.
