Overview: We’re hiring an Operations Lead & Laborer to drive performance in the field. This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance hands-on work with team leadership and customer interaction.
What You’ll Do:

Lead daily routes and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
Provide on-site estimates and close sales
Deliver top-tier customer experiences
Serve as the first point of contact for team inquiries and real-time problem solving in the field
Train and support team members
Safely lift, load, and remove items
Hit daily performance and revenue targets

What You Bring:

1–2+ years of leadership, sales, or operations experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead by example in a physical role (50+ lbs)
Results-driven and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license & 21+

Schedule: Full-time | 5 Days a week (4 Weekday + Sat or Sun)
