## Description

**Job Description

**• Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for system access, connectivity, and basic technical issues.

• Monitor servers, applications, and system performance.
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
• Help maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Assist with deployment processes, system updates, and backups.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work closely with the engineering team to improve automation and operational efficiency.

## Requirements
**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or

• related field
• **• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience**
• **• Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows server environments**
• **• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, firewalls)**
• **• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell) is a plus**
• **• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills**

• Good communication skills

**• Willing to perform both helpdesk support and infrastructure tasks**
