About The Role
- Prise en charge rééducative selon les prescriptions médicales ;
- Réalisation, adaptation et mise en place des appareillages ;
- Réalisation des bilans masso-kinésithérapiques et élaboration d'un diagnostic kinésithérapique ;
- Mise à jour du dossier patient informatisé ;
- Intégration du patient et de sa famille dans l'élaboration du projet de soins individualisé en lien avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire ;
- Participation active à la démarche qualité en intégrant une des commissions de vigilance de l'établissement.
