SE NECESITA COCINERA/O EN RESIDENCIA EN FUENMAYOR (LA RIOJA), PARA ELABORAR 90-95 MENÚS AL DIA,
JORNADA DE LUNES A DOMINGO , A TURNOS, 7.00H A 15.00 H Ó 15.00H A 22:00. SEGÚN CALENDARIO. JORNADA COMPLETA.
INCORPORACIÓN INMEDIATA. POSIBILIDAD DE CONTRATACIÓN INDEFINIDA POSTERIOR.
Funciones:
- Elaboración y preparación de menús diarios para el centro
- Control y correcta manipulación de alimentos siguiendo la normativa de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC).
- Organización y limpieza de cocina, utensilios y zonas de trabajo.
