About The Role
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Corporate Finance and Administration Department (CFAD) als regionale Shared-Service-Organisation innerhalb der Direktion Middle East, Dämme Pipe Jacking. Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der eigenen Organisationseinheit mit den Schwerpunkten Accounting, Steuern, Payroll People Administration sowie IT. Entwicklung einer einheitlichen Struktur für Oman, UAE, Singapur und Malaysia mit klaren Verantwortlichkeiten, einheitlichen Prozessen und definierten Schnittstellen. Harmonisierung, Standardisierung und Dokumentation administrativer Prozesse über Ländergrenzen hinweg. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung konzernweiter Richtlinien, Governance-Vorgaben, interner Kontrollmechanismen sowie lokaler gesetzlicher Anforderungen. Reduktion operativer Reibungsverluste durch klare Serviceprozesse, effiziente Eskalationswege und belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem kaufmännischen Direktionsleiter, den operativen Bereichen, dem BRVZ sowie weiteren Konzernfunktionen. Steuerung von Projekten zur Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung in den administrativen Servicebereichen. Unterstützung bei ausgewählten Themen in den Bereichen Versicherungen, Corporate Real Estate Management und Treasury in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Spezialist:innen und Stakeholder:innen. Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines internationalen Teams mit Fokus auf Servicequalität, Prozesssicherheit und Entwicklung zukünftiger Führungskräfte. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Key Responsibilities / Your Tasks Establishing and further developing the Corporate Finance and Administraion Department (CFAD) as a regional shared service organization within the Middle East, Dams Pipe Jacking subdivision. Providing disciplinary and functional leadership to the organizational unit, focusing on accounting, taxation, payroll people administration, and IT. Developing a unified structure for Oman, the UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia with clear responsibilities, standardized processes, and defined interfaces. Harmonizing, standardizing, and documenting administrative processes across national borders. Ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, governance frameworks, internal control mechanisms, and local legal requirements. Reducing operational friction through clear service processes, efficient escalation paths, and reliable bases for decision-making. Collaborating closely with the Commercial Sub-Division Manager, business units, BRVZ, and other corporate functions. Steering projects focused on digitalization, automation, and efficiency enhancement within the administrative service departments. Supporting selected matters in insurance, corporate real estate management, and treasury in cooperation with internal and external specialists and stakeholders. Building, leading, and developing an international team with a strong focus on service quality, process reliability, and nurturing future leaders.
