As a Strategic Program Manager, you will support the implementation, launch, and scaling of Helix’s population genomics programs across health systems, integrated delivery networks, health plans, and employer-sponsored healthcare initiatives. From defining and managing work plans to creatively solving cross-functional problems, you will play a critical role in helping our partners (and Helix) drive clinical and research value through large-scale genomics. You'll work closely with many teams at Helix – including Clinical, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Legal – to do <this.As> Strategic Program Manager at Helix you will:Serve as a relationship lead and operational advisor for health systems, health plans, and employer-sponsored genomics partnershipsBuild trusted relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders across partner organizationsUnderstand partner priorities, organizational structures, and workflows to identify opportunities for program optimization and growthLead the onboarding, implementation, launch, and scaling of population genomics programs across health systems, health plans, and employer-sponsored initiativesDefine and proactively manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables for internal and external stakeholdersPartner cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Business Development, and external stakeholders to drive program execution, launch readiness, adoption, and long-term success.Develop scalable implementation processes, onboarding frameworks, and operational best practices to support partner growthIdentify implementation risks, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities, and develop solutions to support scalability and executionTranslate partner feedback and performance insights into operational improvements, suggested product enhancements, and stronger partnership healthQualifications4+ years of experience managing strategic programs in the healthcare industry, ideally at a high growth companyProcess and workflow expertise. Knowledge of how to design and improve workflows Knowledge of the healthcare and / or life sciences markets and the key players and trendsExperience using AI tools to scale throughput in a partner-facing or operations role, with a point of view on where AI changes how that work should runTeam player able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across a broad range of functions and levelsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsBachelor’s degree requiredTravel Requirement: Up to 30%The ideal candidate will have:Knowledge of or experience in genomics, genetic testing, or precision health programsExperience implementing population health or enterprise clinical programs at scaleFamiliarity with payer operations, value-based care models, and healthcare system workflowsExperience coordinating large cross-functional healthcare implementationsFamiliarity with Hubspot, Tableau, or similar CRM/reporting toolsBachelor’s degree or advanced degree in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or a related fieldExpected Interview Process:1) Initial Screen 2) Second Screen 3) Presentation 4) Final LoopExpected Pay For This Role:There are 3 distinct parts to your Helix offer: 1) Base Salary 2) Annual Bonus 3) Equity Expected Helix Base: $126,000 - $170,000Expected Helix Discretionary Annual Bonus: 10% of your annual salaryEquity: We offer generous equity at Helix. You'll gain a strong understanding of the Helix mission, culture, products, services, and the impact we have on the communities we serve.Key objectives:Complete all required onboarding and role-specific training.Establish relationships with your team, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.Develop a foundational understanding of Helix's products, workflows, and customer journey.Learn team processes, tools, and operating rhythms.Gain insight into how your role contributes to company and customer success.60 DayBy the 60-day mark, you will begin actively contributing to team initiatives and building confidence in core responsibilities. You'll deepen your understanding of Helix's operational processes, products, services, and implementation methodologies.Key objectives:Contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects and team deliverables.Demonstrate proficiency with team workflows and operational <processes.Build> a deeper understanding of Helix's capabilities and customer solutions.Successfully present:A Helix workflow implementationA Helix Hosted Consent (HHC) product demonstrationAn operational kickoff presentation deckBegin participating in customer-facing engagements with increasing independence.90 DayBy the end of your first 90 days, you will transition from learning and contributing to owning outcomes.
