Production Engineer

About this Position Focus on production process, product quality and continuous improvement. Make sure production process to meet Henkel SHE standard. Be backup for production supervisor. What you´ll do Participate all workshop SHE activity, improve the process to reduce the production line SHE risk. Conduct the daily work order, maintain and establish the work instruction. Process improvement such as cycle time reduction, quality stable etc. And make production related complaint investigation. Provide timely support to solve process problem from production line. Improve the process to reduce material waste improve productivity and the yield. Communication with operator by daily meeting and training. Fulfill the other tasks that are assigned by superior.
