Key ResponsibilitiesSupervises an engineering group with specific responsibility for lab and office safety, staffing, technical mentoring as required within the engineering group, staff professional and personal development and budget adherence. Technically lead and/or execute engineering projectsEnsure customer satisfaction via on time delivery of product releases and prompt resolution of critical complex issues for range of products of difficult scopeEnsure the integration of engineering resources with cross-functional teams to meet product goalsDefine product specification, alpha/beta/gamma exit requirements and coordinate/execute the engineering developmentProvides management with updates pertaining to progress in specific projects and initiativesInterface with internal and external customers regarding complex electrical issues for specific projectsHolds and contributes to technical reviews necessary for product designMake recommendations for the electrical engineering strategy and roadmap and business processesExp : 12+ YearsFunctional KnowledgeWorks on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factorsBusiness ExpertiseReceives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
