About The Role

  1. 负责LLM、图像等多模态AI工作流的设计、搭建、封装、部署与性能优化
  2. 参与AI harness工程、模型选型与效果评估，持续优化工作流稳定性与输出质量
  • 1、2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业，具备AI应用开发经验优先
  • 2、具备良好的系统设计能力、问题排查能力与自驱力，能快速学习新技术并落地到业务场景
  • 3、 熟悉图像或音频处理原理，掌握多模态大模型工作原理，了解Agent工作原理
  • 4、 熟练使用AI Agent工具提升开发效率
  • 5、 熟练掌握python，掌握提示词工程技巧，了解常用web框架
