  • 1、内容投放与优化：抖音 / 小红书等平台算法研究、达人矩阵搭建、CPM/CPE/ 爆文率优化
  • 2、整合营销规划：重点单品年度传播策略，串联线上线下、IP 联名、终端活动
  • 3、内部 MCN 搭建：员工 KOC 孵化：账号认证、内容规范、激励机制
  • 4、团队赋能：输出《抖音 / 小红书投放 SOP》，为子公司市场团队培训
  • 【任职要求】
  • 1、本科及以上（媒体 / 财经 / 市场营销相关专业优先）
  • 2、3年以上新媒体运营经验
  • 3、熟悉抖音、小红书等平台算法与运营逻辑
  • 4、熟练使用办公软件
  • 加分项：
  • 快消 / 食品饮料行业经验
  • 有可展示的爆款案例或达人矩阵成果
  • 熟悉 MCN 运作
  • 素质要求：责任心、细致耐心、沟通协调、计划性强、执行力强
