About The Role

  • 1、负责岗位需求对齐、简历的检索、筛选、推荐及与候选人意向沟通;
  • 2、负责跟进面试安排、面试反馈等招聘流程;
  • 3、负责招聘渠道的维护及开拓，及时更新招聘信息，梳理人才市场的关键信息;
  • 4、协助进行人力资源相关的数据分析工作。
  • 1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；性格外向开朗；
  • 2、做事积极主动，认真负责，具备快速学习能力；
  • 3、对人力资源感兴趣，有招聘实习经验优先；
  • 4、每周出勤5天，可实习2-3个月；
  • 5、可尽快到岗优先；
  • ps、日常实习，暂无转正HC哦。
