About The Role

  • 1.主导计算机集成制造(CIM)系统的规划、设计与实施,整合生产智能化、自动化、数据管理和流程控制模块；
  • 2.协调跨部门资源(生产、研发、QRA、IT)，制定项目里程碑并监控执行进度、预算算及质量风险；
  • 3.优化制造流程数智化方案，推动MES/R2R/RMSFDC/RTD等系统集成，提升生产效率与数据协同能力；
  • 4.建立CIM项目管理规范，组织团队培训。
  • 1.精通智能制造体系(如半导体制造、数字孪生)，3年以上制造业项目管理经验；
  • 2.熟悉MES/R2R/RMS/FDC/RTD等生产管理系统架构及主流开发框架(<如.NET>，Java)；
  • 3.掌握SQL/Python数据分析工具；
  • 4.具备PMP或敏捷项目管理认证佳，能高效管理跨职能团队供应商资源；
  • 其他岗位需求：熟悉AI在智能制造场景的应用佳。
