About The Role

  • 1.个性化理疗方案制定： 根据员工健康状况与需求，通过评估分析，制定差异化、个性化的理疗服务计划，并动态调整执行方案；
  • 2.职业劳损风险识别： 识别和分析不同岗位员工的潜在劳损风险，推动预防措施的制定与落地，降低职业性肌肉骨骼问题发生率；
  • 3.健康促进与教育： 通过讲座、培训、宣传等形式，普及办公室健康知识与正确体态调整方法，提升员工自主健康管理能力；
  • 4.健康活动实施与支持： 配合健康建设项目，组织并执行现场按摩体验、健康日活动，收集员工反馈以优化服务内容；
  • 5.健康数据闭环管理： 收集并统计分析健康服务过程中的数据，识别趋势与问题，输出优化建议并推动健管团队持续改进。
  • 1.教育背景与专业知识：持有国家认证的康复理疗师证书，具备解剖学、生理学等基础医学知识，能准确诊断并定位员工常见劳损部位；
  • 2.专业技能与资格：能独立使用推拿、艾灸、拔罐、刮痧等中医理疗技术，针对肌肉骨骼不适提供有效干预；
  • 3.行业与专业经验：具备3年以上健康管理或理疗服务经验，有企业驻场服务或健康管理机构工作经验者优先；
  • 4.项目/任务成果：独立完成过至少100人次以上的个性化理疗方案，并能提供有效康复改善案例；
  • 5.其他要求：具有较强服务意识与应变能力，能在预约制服务中合理调度时间，主动与员工沟通并建立信任。
