About The Role

  1. 政府关系维护与对接：建立与政府相关部门的沟通渠道，帮助区域总经理维护与政府机构融洽的关系，做好公司需政府协调事项的内外部对接并管理；
  2. 政府日常沟通组织：负责组织参与区域公司与政府有关的日常沟通，包括日常接待、会议参与、活动组织等；
  3. 材料撰写与文档管理：负责日常会议材料、拜访交流材料的撰写、日常文书编写及汇总，做好文档管理、文件报送；
  4. 安全事务统筹协调：负责组织参与区域公司联防联控、安全事务的统筹和协调；
  5. 校企合作与技术交流支持：支持区域内公司与所在区域目标高校的协作与技术交流，同时保证项目间技术协作和交流的畅通；
  6. 其他工作：完成领导交办的其他工作。
  1. 教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，公共管理、法学、经济学等相关专业；
  2. 行业与专业经验：5年政府事务相关工作经验，有相关政府工作经验优先考虑；
  3. 专业技能与资格：了解政府运作机制和文化，对政府架构和政府有关部门的工作流程熟悉，对政府政策具有极高的敏感性；具有良好的文章撰写能力，有一定的写作功底，能独立撰写对政府的行文；
  4. 其他要求：有较强的观察力和应变能力，良好的人际交往和协调能力，极强的社会活动能力；性格开朗，形象气质佳，具备良好的职业仪表，言谈举止稳重大方，工作认真仔细，纪律性强，有良好的保密意识，抗压能力强；有技术背景为加分项。
