About The Role
- 1、负责客户项目的需求识别评估及产品开发工作；
- 2、负责结构与电气设计、系统集成与选型、样品制作与测试验证、生产工艺支持；
- 3、负责客户项目的持续降本及优化工作；
- 4、负责市场及行业产品信息的收集和分析。
- 1、学历要求：硕士及以上；
- 2、专业要求：新能源科学与工程、车辆工程、机械、电气、自动化等相关专业；
- 3、技能要求：熟悉电池系统开发；熟悉结构设计软件、熟悉爱BMS设计开发软件、数据分析软件等；
- 4、其他要求：具备良好的产品思维与市场敏感度，能精准拆解客户需求、梳理产品核心指标；逻辑清晰，擅长方案对比、问题研判、技术取舍，具备较强的统筹梳理与方案输出能力；
