About The Role

Role Purpose 职位目标 The MA is responsible for managing pre-IND to NDA vaccine pipeline activities and developing the pre-launch medical plan for pipeline vaccine products. The role requires close collaboration with clinical research physicians, commercial portfolio teams, Regulatory, Government Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of pre-launch activities. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities主要工作职责 Develop, execute the Portfolio Strategy Medical Affairs strategic plans which includes the development of focused External Engagement Plans. Local Medical Engagement with key external experts, including CDC, CDE and relevant disease area EEs. Establish the unmet medical needs of the new product to fulfil regulatory requirement and future commercial strategy. Ensuring insights are gathered and analyzed in a timely manner, with robust communication and action plans with relevant stakeholders. Contribute to Assets/indication IEP development. LOC Strategic and tactical plans for pre-launch, launch, post launch Collaborate closely with clinical research physicians and cross-functional teams to ensure successful pre-IND/NDA submission, e.g., regulatory documents preparation, briefing documents authoring and data generation activities. Work closely with commercial launch teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of pre-launch and launch activities. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to vaccine development and launch as well as industry code and GSK standard. Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on the progress of pre-launch activities and any issues that arise. Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies) 申请资格 / 职位要求 (教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能) Minimum requirement of master’s degree of medical/Pharm. At least 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience, with a focus on vaccine development and/or medical affairs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical and scientific information to a range of audiences. Experience in project management, planning and co-ordination and risk management. Ability of cross functional co-operation A strong capability in problem solving. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and timeline. Proven ability to communicate (written/oral) in English.
