About The Role

  • 负责亿级流量场景下，搜索广告算法召回策略研究、设计与实现，参加以下一到多项工作：
  • 1.广告召回、排序、CTR 预估算法的研究，流量效率的挖掘与客户体验的提升；
  • 2.研究机器学习/数据挖掘前沿技术，并用于解决实际问题；
  • 3.深入挖掘流量潜在价值，不断完善和优化算法，以技术驱动业务成长；
  • 1.计算机、数学相关专业硕士以上学位；
  • 2.数据结构和算法功底扎实，熟练使用 C/C++，Python；
  • 3.熟悉常见的机器学习算法以及TensorFlow/pytorch等主流深度学习平台；
  • 加分项
  • 1.熟悉生成式推荐、搜索、推荐、广告系统，在任一方向有召回工作经验；
  • 2.有大规模文本预训练，LLM微调，全链路一致性优化等工作经验者优先；
  • 3.有机器学习顶级会议论文发布或者相关性竞赛经验者优先；
