About The Role

  1. 数据分析：从业务系统中提取、清洗和分析经营数据，提供经营报表及可视化呈现；
  2. 经营支持：参与业务部门经营计划制定，协助完成经营目标拆解与达成跟踪；
  3. 问题诊断：通过数据分析发现业务运营问题，输出优化建议并推动落地；
  4. 行业研究：跟踪行业动态及竞品数据，辅助业务决策。
  • 专业背景：统计学、数学、经济学、计算机、管理科学、财务会计等相关专业（数学/统计基础强者优先）；
  • 学历要求：本科及以上学历
  • 工具技能：
  • o 必会：Excel（熟练使用数据透视表、VLOOKUP、常用函数）、PPT（基础数据可视化）；
  • o 加分：掌握SQL基础查询、Python基础语法或BI工具（Power BI/Tableau）
