Support - Sales, PPC & Dispatch

Group Company: BV III Designation: Support - Sales, PPC & Dispatch Office Location: Position description: Sales|Production Planning|Budgeting Primary Responsibilities: Support in getting the sales forecasts and regular sales orders from the customers and prepare daily production plan Prepare and review daily dispatch plan by gathering vehicle plan for daily and review of vehicle plan as per the customer demand Follow up with customer for material shortage at customer end and customer escalated issues regarding supplies Follow up of the concerned authority regarding material shortage and follow up of the respective department PPC member regarding material shortage Ensure material inwarding at customer end as per SOB Coordination in discussion with customers regarding the shortage or change in schedule projection Follow up with the customer to generate indent and interact with the customer to create the indent figure for the upcoming month Review the summary of the daily stock quantity lying at the warehouse Track the tool sale based on the defined LTS plan on monthly basis Prepare the sales plan for the upcoming month for plant based on customer requirement Based on indent inventories line productivity manpower available ensure adherence of production plan monthly weekly Carry out adherence of capacity planning of the machines and on the basis of capacity constraints coordination in identify vendors for outsourcing If any capacity constraint is observed then plan for the outsourcing with identified suppliers Ensure creating of purchase receipt based on production plan and coordinate with purchase to ensure timely receiving of raw materials as per monthly production plan Ensure creating purchase request based on production plan as per the monthly production plan Additional Responsibilities: Reporting Team Reporting Designation: Reporting Department: Educational qualifications preferred Category: Bachelor's Degree Field specialization: Mechanical Engineering Degree: Bachelor of Technology - BTech Academic score: Institution tier: Required Certification/s: Required Training/s: Required work experience Industry: Automotive|Manufacturing|Auto ancillary Role: Years of experience: Key Performance Indicators: Required Competencies: Required Knowledge: Required Skills: Required abilities Physical: Other: Work Environment Details: Specific requirements Travel: Vehicle: Work Permit: Other details Pay Rate: Contract Types: Time Constraints: Compliance Related: Union Affiliation:
