About The Role

Property Field Inspector – Douglas County / Douglasville Area
National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout Douglas County and the Douglasville area.
This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.

What You’ll Do

Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
Take exterior photos using your smartphone.
Determine whether properties appear occupied or vacant.
Answer simple questions about the condition of the property.
Submit completed inspections through a mobile app.
Most inspections are brief property visits and can often be completed in just a few minutes once you become familiar with the process.

What You’ll Need

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Smartphone with internet access.
Dependability and the ability to meet assignment deadlines.
Ability to pass a background check.
Basic computer or mobile-app skills.

About the Work

Independent contractor / 1099 position.

Flexible schedule — complete inspections around your availability.

Paid per completed inspection.

Inspection volume and earnings vary by area and available assignments.

Additional assignments may become available to dependable inspectors.
