• Caring Senior Service is looking for a
• reliable, organized, and people-focused Operations Manager
• to help keep our home care services running smoothly.
• You’ll support caregivers, coordinate schedules, assist clients and families, and help ensure seniors receive dependable, compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and daily operations
• Handle call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent needs
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and support caregivers
• Help resolve client and family concerns
• Support caregiver engagement and team morale
• Assist with training, compliance, and service quality
• Work closely with office leadership to improve operations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership, operations, scheduling, staffing, or management experience
• Healthcare or home care experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Rotating evening/weekend on-call support
