Recruitment Coordinator(Project Based)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Success in this position requires a creative, out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail. You will play a key role in ensuring we attract and retain top talent to drive our company’s success. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding Source candidates using diverse methods to build a strong talent pipeline Review resumes, conduct screenings, and assess candidate fit Develop and post job descriptions aligned with position requirements Manage interviews, selection, and offer negotiations Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations Own and enhance the overall candidate experience Perform reference checks and facilitate a smooth offer process Oversee and streamline the onboarding and new hire experience Job Qualifications Recruitment experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and people skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
