HR Generalist (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Your area of responsibility
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Work with external recruitment agencies where required
HR Operations & Administration
Prepare employment contracts, reference letters, confirmations, and other HR documentation
Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations
HR Business Partnering Support
Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees
Assist with employee relations matters and people initiatives
Support performance management, engagement, and development activities
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Your skills and experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist role
Experience in recruitment, HR operations / administration
Exposure to HR business partnering activities is highly desirable
Good understanding of Swiss HR practices and employment processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certification is an advantage
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Good German skills strongly preferred
