About The Role

DBA Architect Location: Pakistan Experience: 7 - 10 Years Responsibilities Design, administer, and optimize enterprise database environments. Ensure database availability, performance, security, and reliability. Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) solutions. Perform database performance tuning and query optimization. Implement database security controls and access management. Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues. Support database migration, modernization, and integration initiatives. Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Application Teams. Required Skills 7-10 years of Database Administration and Database Architecture experience. Strong expertise in SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Hands-on experience with HA/DR, backup & recovery, replication, and performance tuning. Experience in database monitoring, security, and capacity planning. Strong SQL and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Shell Script). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Mandatory Technology Requirement Candidates must have hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) Microsoft Fabric with Purview Databricks Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Microsoft, Oracle, Informatica, Azure, or Databricks certifications. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an added advantage.
