Rental Coordinator Responsibilities

As a Rental Coordinator with WCTractor, relationship building and customer service will be your focus. You will need to be an effective communicator and ambitious self-starter with a strong desire for succeeding in a fast paced environment.

Rental Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Building relationships with customers while meeting or exceeding their equipment needs
Process rental quotes, reservations and contracts using company operating system
Address customer issues and provide satisfactory solutions in an efficient manner
Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, suppliers, and employees
Constantly representing WCTractor in a positive and professional manner

QualificationsRental Coordinator Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

Must have a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and prior sales experience
Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred
Solid computer skills and knowledge of general business software and G-suite platform
