What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you'll guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they make while creating an outstanding buying experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the dealership and build lasting relationships
Help customers identify the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
Demonstrate vehicle features through walk-arounds and test drives
Present financing, leasing, and protection options
Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
Build repeat and referral business
Stay knowledgeable about Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and pre-owned inventory
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

QualificationsQualifications

Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Automotive sales experience is a plus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
