DescriptionMHM Solutions, a Centurion company, is proud to be the provider of healthcare staffing solutions to state agencies within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a part time Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Pennsylvania State Police Training Academy located in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

The Physician will evaluate the medical condition of employment candidates and current employees to determine the ability to perform the physical and psychological requirements of a variety of law enforcement and non-law enforcement duties. Work involves reviewing and comparing medical reports against specialized job requirements, recommending and conducting medical examinations, and providing medical recommendations regarding appointment and full and limited duty work assignments. Work also involves evaluating the effects of prescribed drugs on the performance of duties, with the potential requirement to providing medical testimony in administrative proceedings.

Qualifications• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required

Active, unrestricted MD/DO Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain one required
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration with prescriptive authority
Ability to pass credentialing and background check
