If you have
- Have neat, organized and diligent work habits
- Must be capable of handling interruptions, while also managing deadlines and multiple time demands
- Must have direct experience with a Microsoft Windows-based operating environment, with good proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Must be capable of identifying incomplete or incorrect data
- Must have the ability to communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Must have the ability to quickly research or source items on the internet
- Must have the ability to make accurate decisions based on provided guidelines
Must have a record of the following scores on these internal proficiency tests
Must have innate ability to work with quickness and accuracy, and comprehend instructions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review quotations from US Tool buyers to be provided to US Tool existing and prospective customers, research relevant data using sources both inside and outside the Company, enter data and forward information as directed
Interact with buyers, sourcing and members of the eCommerce team to address and resolve missing data
Research items on the internet to determine a product category or proper description
Update item maintenance and custom field data in the eCommerce catalog system
Validate or update supplier part numbers in the eCommerce catalog system
Extract data from the ERP system
Review and cleanup old data in the eCommerce catalog system based on new requirements
Resolve item number conflicts in the eCommerce catalog system
Monitor a shared inbox to obtain requests and projects
Manually enter or upload new items the eCommerce catalog system
Answer user questions regarding item data
Structure data to upload into the eCommerce catalog system
Perform general administrative or office duties deemed appropriate from time to time
