POSITION: Physical Therapy Aide

SALARY: $23.08 – $28.12/Hour DOE

REPORTS TO: Physical Therapy Office Manager

LOCATION: San Poil Valley Health Center – Keller, WA

Summary

The Physical Therapy Aide provides clinical and administrative support to the Physical Therapy Department. Under the direction of the physical therapist, the aide assists with patient care, treatment preparation, equipment maintenance, documentation, scheduling, and general office duties. The position requires professionalism, attention to detail, confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients and the healthcare team.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Associate degree in office management or a related field preferred.

Previous healthcare, physical therapy, or administrative experience preferred.

Strong computer, communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask, work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work effectively with patients who may require additional assistance.

Above-average attendance and reliability required.
