Production Painter

DescriptionPosition Overview: We have an opening for a Painter in our Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate for the role will be a team player, clean-cut, punctual, has good attention to detail, and a someone that takes initiative and is self-motivated.

Job Duties

• Prepares products for painting.
• Applies paint to finished materials, using varnish, lacquer, liquids, or other forms of paint materials.
• Preparation of various materials
• Masking and stenciling of product services
• Buffing and polish product surfaces
• Maintain a clean work area, including cleaning and maintaining paint guns, tools, and paint booth
• Light assembly as needed to assist the manufacturing team
• Repair and testing work will also be required.
• Follow all health and safety requirements of the position.

Skills

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to be fitted for respirator
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to lift 25-50lbs regularly
• Ability to communicate with other team members effectively

Education/Experience

• 2 years’ experience in an industrial or commercial paining environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
