We're looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative to support our Employee Benefits team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, supporting client accounts, and helping employers navigate their employee benefits programs with confidence.

What You'll Do

Support employers and internal teams with employee benefit administration and service needs.
Process enrollments, eligibility changes, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized client records and documentation within agency systems.
Assist with new business submissions, renewals, and implementation processes.
Prepare and organize data for quotes, proposals, and benefit plan reviews.
Partner with Account Managers to ensure clients receive timely, accurate service.
Develop a strong understanding of employee benefits products, processes, and client needs.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
Willingness to pass/maintain Life & Health insurance license
Strong sense of punctuality & attendance
High school diploma/GED
