Quality Inspector II

The Quality Inspector II inspects molded components, sub-assemblies, finished assemblies, packaging and labeling. Inspections include receiving, in-process, final inspections and rework. Completes and interprets Statistical Process Control Charts and histograms, both manually and using computer aided methods. Informs production personnel of non-conforming material, aids in the investigation of causes, material containment and corrective action, and follows up on the effectiveness of action taken.
