Division Manager, FPG

This leader has operational accountability and oversight and directs multiple practice sites daily activities including human resources, customer service/satisfaction, financial, medical business information systems, practice profile analysis, compliance with regulatory bodies, and participates in planning and development. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.
