The Nursing Director is a driven, visible, hands-on leader who leads a team of Nursing Managers to provide developmental and training support to nursing staff. This engaged Nursing leader is charged with ensuring the provision of quality nursing care to patients by engaging staff in professional development, teaching best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training, oversight and support.
