Director of Corporate Development

The Senior Director of Corporate Development plays a pivotal role in critical areas of ASRC's business including long-term strategic planning, M&A execution, portfolio management, and strategic alliances. The Senior Director is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, assessing potential acquisitions, and developing partnerships to support ASRC's overall business objectives. The position requires strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills, objective strategic thinking, and exceptional execution and implementation abilities. The position reports to the SVP, Corporate Development.
