Production Supervisor 📍 Location: Cikarang Join Puratos and help drive operational excellence in our production team! We are looking for a Production Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to ensure optimal achievement of production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise production team activities in line with company procedures and SOPs. Ensure production orders are fulfilled on time, in full, and according to quality standards. Manage workforce performance, discipline, training, and workplace cleanliness. Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, inventory accuracy, and SAP production transactions. Maintain GMP standards, asset care, and production area housekeeping. Coach and develop team members to achieve high performance. Requirements Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) with GPA > 2.75. Minimum 2 years of production experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP. Good command of English. Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proactive and hands-on approach to work.
