Bag Attendant (Porter) ǀ Riverside Golf Club

Riverside Golf Club is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Golf Operations (Bag Attendant or Porter) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our golf facilities and providing excellent service to our members and guests. As a Porter, you will assist with the handling of golf bags, equipment, and support the overall golf experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers with the storage and handling of golf bags and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Reconciliations express card in running billing system.
• Communicate effectively with golf operations staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support golf operations staff with various tasks as needed.

Requirements

• FFemale, age max. 25 years old
• Min. High school or equivalent
• Familiar with operating a computer
• Proficient in English; additional languages is a plus
• Fresh Graduate or having relevant experience in golf operations or a customer service role is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Ability to handle dynamic situations calmly and professionally
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
