Since this is a new setup the HR manager will have a great deal of learning. The responsibilities are mentioned below but are not just limited to them.

Primary Responsibilities

• Head hunt & Strategic Recruitment
• Performance management for better ROI.
• Identify, engage & motivate performers.
• Employment laws and compliance.
• Process monthly payrolls/Rewards for all employees.
• Office Administration
• Training

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven skills in HR
• Strong Leader
• Excellent Communication

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Master Degree in HR from reputed Colleges
