About The Role

Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Coordination Assist Store Development Managers in coordinating end-to-end fit-out and construction activities, from design development through to site handover. Conduct site visits for measurement verification, existing condition assessment, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and landlords. Monitor on-site progress to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Support the review and coordination of shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and as-built documentation. Proactively identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders. Quality, Cost & Schedule Control Ensure all fit-out and construction works comply with UNIQLO brand standards, safety requirements, and applicable local regulations. Support cost control by reviewing fit-out scope, specifications, and value engineering opportunities without compromising quality. Track project progress against timelines and milestones, highlighting risks, delays, and mitigation actions. Assist in maintaining proper documentation for variation orders, site instructions, and project records. Stakeholder Collaboration Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Merchandising, Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance) to ensure smooth project execution and store readiness. Liaise with external stakeholders including landlords, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely approvals and execution. Support alignment between design intent, site execution, and operational requirements during the fit-out process. Prepare and maintain clear project reports, updates, and documentation for management review. Required Skills & Competencies Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit (beginner level required). Strong understanding of retail fit-out processes and construction fundamentals. Good coordination and communication skills in a multi-stakeholder environment. Detail-oriented with strong sense of execution and quality control. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Working proficiency in English (written and spoken). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in retail fit-out, and construction management consultancy. Fresh graduates with strong technical competencies and internship exposure in relevant projects are encouraged to apply. Hands-on experience in retail or commercial project execution is preferred. Beginner in design and technical software, including AutoCAD/SketchUp/3ds Max, with attention to detail and a practical understanding of construction drawings and site execution. Good project coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight timelines & high attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (leasing, construction, vendors, store teams). Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
