Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you'll build a deep understanding of our customer s , our product s , and what makes our operations world-class. You'll learn and master : Customer service Product deliveries & replenishment Omni-channel & checkout operations O nboarding and training new starters P roduc t category management Months 5-6 | Step into Leadership As a supervisor, you'll begin leading teams on the shop floor , influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance , building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you. You'll take on: Team coordination & daily planning Developing the performance of your colleague s Opera tional excellence and customer satisfaction O wnership of a ke y subdivi sion , ensuring day to day performance Months 7–12 | Drive the Business In your final rotation, on top of maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor as an assistant manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and operational strategy.
