The Role

We are looking for a motivated and strategic Affiliate Executive to lead and grow our affiliate partnerships across Latin America . This role focuses on performance marketing, campaign optimization, and relationship management, including collaboration with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, onboard, and manage affiliate partners in key LATAM markets (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Brazil) to drive client acquisition and trading volumes
• Develop and implement strategies to boost affiliate performance and engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using tools such as Impact , Cellxpert , and Appsflyer
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure effective affiliate partnerships
• Stay informed on LATAM market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements
• Work with influencers and content creators to promote brand awareness and attract new clients
• Provide affiliates and influencers with creative assets, insights, and regular performance feedback
