Our team is looking for experienced B2B Outbound Sales Representatives ready to sell, earn, and grow with one of the Philippines' fastest-growing sales organizations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience supporting U.S.-based accounts
• Telco Experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong Prospecting and Pipeline Management skills.
• High School Diploma (we value experience).
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and convey value propositions clearly.
• Previous experience in a call center, BPO, or tele sales environment,
• Ability to maintain schedules and meet performance metrics consistently.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software, with strong attention to detail and documentation habits.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training, adapt to campaign changes, and uphold ethical, customer-centric sales practices.
